Entry Requirements

  • Pass with at least Grade B in the following 5 subjects:: Mathematics or Additional Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and 1 other subject; AND Credit in Malay and English subjects
  • Pass with at least Grade B in the following 5 subjects:: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics or Additional Mathematics, and 1 other subject; AND Credit in Malay and English subjects
  • Life Science (Allied Health Science): Pass with credit in 5 subjects including 3 of the following subjects:
  • Biology, Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, English
  • Physical Science (Engineering)
  • Pass with Credit in 5 subjects including:
  • Mathematics and 1 of the Physical Science subjects: International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) – O Levels
  • Pass O-Level with at least Grade B in 5 subjects:: Mathematics or Additional Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and 1 other subject; AND Grade C in English
  • Pass O-Level with at least Grade B in 5 subjects:: Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics or Additional Mathematics, and 1 other subject; AND Grade C in English
  • Life Science (Allied Health Science): Pass O-Level with Grade C in 5 subjects including 3 of the following subjects:
  • Physical Science (Engineering): Pass O-Level with Grade C in 5 subjects including Mathematics and 1 of the Physical Science subjects
  • Unified Examination Certificate (UEC)
  • Pass with at least Grade B4 in 3 subjects:: Biology, Chemistry, Physics or Mathematics or Additional Mathematics
  • Pass with at least Grade B4 in 4 subjects:: Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics or Additional Mathematics, and 1 other subject
  • Life Science (Allied Health Science)
  • Pass with at least Grade B in 3 of the following subjects:
  • Physical Science (Engineering): Pass with at least Grade B in 3 subjects including Mathematics and one of the Physical Sciences subjects
  • Other: Any other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government or the University.
  • SPM: Students intending to progress to the Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) upon completion of this programme must have obtained credits at SPM/SPMV/O-Level, or grade B in UEC, in Mathematics and a Science subject, and a Pass in English
